Insect-Infested Nurgle Chaos Lord

A recent sale at the local FLGS got me hooked on Eldar. I already had a sizable collection from before, but managed to get my hands on 7 Striking Scorpions and a Wraith Lord for a measly 38 bucks (after taxes too, so the total before taxes was about 34 bucks). I've gotten two armies in the works, a Wraithguard army based in a similar colorscheme to Iyanden and a Court of Young Kings army (which has a unique color scheme for each aspect). Being themed and gimmick armies, I'm largely restricted from using much else (no Guardians whatsoever in either armies, nor much in terms of mutual units). How viable are this kind of builds? I've played a few games with eldar and against them, but due to their point cost and relative squishyness, I tend to panic alot more when I start suffering casualties.

On a similar tangent, since Wraith guards are really cost-intensive (moneywise) does anyone have any really viable alternatives to them? I've searched around the net, but most of them either asks you to convert them from necrons with alot of putty work, or just straight up buy them since it's more cost-effective to get a part time job than convert them. Also, my own impression is that a Court of Young Kings army should only contain the Avatar, maybe a farseer, and largely only Aspect Warriors and transports. The Wraith army should, likewise, contain alot of wraith-based units and psykers, but not much else. What are some "acceptable" units to use in these themed armies to balance out the weaknesses? (Wraithguard armies are susceptable to battle cannon blasts and AP3 weapons, while Aspect armies are really, really squishy).

EDIT: Anyone?

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.

My experience with Aspect Warriors is that they are surprisingly durable...

I've been playing Warhammer 40,000 since 1988, and am just coming back from a bit of a 10-year hiatus. And please excuse any wild accusations, hallucinations, or outright factual errors, as I am recovering from a serious head injury. And Warhammer 40,000 is part of my therapy. OH YEAH!
