Its a bit of a mixed army but thats ok.
What you need to do is make sure each part of your mix is the best it can be.
I would drop the bosspole on the warboss first off. You have BPs on all the other units so thats ok.
The Bigmek has a great piece of wargear called the kustom force field. I'd recommend giving him that as it will give your boys a good cover save as they advance.
The trukks are quite fragile as a unit. Many peiople decry them but I think they are quite good if used right. You will need to hug cover and make sure they are out of sight as much as possible. A good idea would be to put the Bigmek with his KFF in one of the trukks and run them close to each other .That way both of them will always have a 5+ invulnerable save. Just drop a burna to do this. I'd also drop the 6 extra meks you have. They are a bit pointless.
Splitting the killer kans up into 3x1 units is also an option because if they operate in one unit they can be destroyed with immobilised results (unit squadron rules). Giving them armor plates makes sure they never get stunned.
Since your boys are going to be foot slogging across the board I'd suggest giving them shootas rather then hth weapons. That means you can put out about 152 shots a turn as you advance. Not too bad! You could also drop the warboss altogether and take a second bigmek with another KFF. That way some of your boys squads also get the 5+ save as they advance. A big unit of gretchin also works as they run infront of the boys giving them a 4+ save.
As an overall tactic for the army I would suggest using the burna boys to get in fast and tie up key enemy squads whilst your boys advance as quickly as possible. The KKs should advance with the biys targetting armor if possible. They are also decent in hth vs vehicles hitting at str10.

I am currently sitting on 2 sets of Orks from AoBR, 5 additional Nobs and 3 Killa Kans. I put together the list so i would have some kind of blue print as to what to purchase.
I liked the idea of putting burna boyz into the looted wagons so i could move them down field and lay multiple templates.
As for armies that i would face, im still very new and not to sure the capabilities of other armies.

Shock gun can cause more harm then good while a KFF is all good. Lootas may be helpful in this list as well. if you like kans then try a kan wall list. 9 kans with rokkits or grotzookas (or both) shielding shoota boys with lootas for support. Maybe even a buzzcopta or two.

Big Mek with kustom force field would definately help.
All units are ok, it's just the problem of faster moving Looted Wagons (which aren't that good) and the Boyz and Kanz falling behind. I'd switch the Warboss for another Big Mek with a kustom force field which will protect the infantry. I personally wouldn't take Looted Wagons or Burnas, instead I'd get more Kanz and hide your stuff behind there getting a cover save.

Deffkoptas are best run as single-model units. That way they never have leadership issues. Make sure they have tl rokkit launchas and buzzsaws, and they make a pretty mean outflanking unit even when alone.
If you run them in a group, all it takes is for a few of them to die and then the rest will probably run off the board.
This list looks a little weird to me, I never used Trukks so I can't comment on them, but I strongly doubt the boyz are useful in units that small. IMHO it would be better to clump them up in three or maybe even two big units. The boyz greatest strength lies in their numbers.
So what I would do is drop three or four Deffkoptas and split the rest up in units of 1 and give them Buzzsaws. Try to make 2 units of boyz OR get some battlewagons and have them ride in there. The lootas are fine, the kommandos seem a little out of place but Snikrot is awesome so no complaints there. Just my two cents, but I'm no expert.

KFF in the truck will give the transports a 4+ cover save.The vehicle counts as obscured.Only the boyz get a 5+cover-but the trucks are obscured- meaning 4+
