Since threads often seem to fall down into just talking about your fav drinks, why not make a topic for it, instead of derailing every other topic in OT.

So yeah, what are you favourites?

San miguel and morgan's spiced. I drink most fizzy lagers though being scottish i drink plenty of Tenants lager. I dont like real ale or real beer etc because of the havoc they wreak on my insides, i spend the next day or sometimes two doing the most brutal farts. Plus if i'm honest enjoying the beveridge is a secondary concern. I have been known to drink Buckfast the 'Wreck the hoos joos' every so often apparently it has the same amount of caffiene as 3 red bulls.

I agree with the Jack, single malt scotch is pretty good too.

So is scrumpy cider.

Jack daniels is poser pish. Its alright for mixer etc but why bother when you can get sum Bells for like £12 compared to like 20 squids?! Oh i always mean to ask; do you get 'Pints' of beer in america? Or do you just get them in 'Big gulp' size?

Because Jack and Scotch have totally different tastes, Jack is closer to irish whiskey in how sweet it is but keeps several of the flavour notes from scotch which makes it good for a sipping drink whereas scotch is a slow drink that keeps you warm.

Yes, yes they do.

Bottle o' jaeger, hold the red bull.... okay, maybe a little red bull...

Also a fan of Stranahans Colorado Whiskey.

and I've been meaning to try Kraken Rum, I only hear good things.

Beer-wise, I prefer microbrews: Dogfish head, and there is a local one in the New York Capital Region called Browns (especially popular with me and roommates, since we buy it by the growler).

Any Real Ale. Depends whats on the pump that day (yes, my local is that damned good!).

Prefer them Dark or Ruby.

And best bit is, my body has adapted to them! I don't get hangover, I just get really good Saturday morning farts! Nowt like waking up because you just stepped on a duck.

Vodka:

Smirnoff Blue atm but I like Grey Goose and one of my mates gets hold of some clear spirits in jerry cans from Danish truckers. They call it Vodka, chances are though it'll send me blind, its good stuff!

Vodka red bull
Vodka Lemonade

Jagermeister:

I'm a late convert to this stuff, I like it, I like it a lot.

Tequila:

6 or 7 of these bad boys on a night out and its a proper party! I love it and like it mixed.

I like lager but really struggle to drink it, maybe its the gassiness but I find the same problem with any man sized drinks such as Ales and Beers. Love the taste but a pint lasts me ages, they bloat me up from the off.

That Stella 4% stuff is nice and Vier is pretty crisp.

Interestingly I can put away a lot of spirits and keep my head straight. Other drinks I have very low tolerance for.

My British to English translater burned out in mid sentence on that one. the rest of the world asks...what?

According to this I must like Grey Goose.

Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

Hard liquor: I prefer Jameson whiskey, but I'll settle with Jack. Bulliet Family Burboun is also mighty fine.

Beers: Fat Tyre is by far my favorite. It's like I'm drinking a biscuit. I don't mind a Bouly Wheat from time to time, but I usually have to go to bars I don't like to get it and the stores that sell it are usually sold out.

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

Hard stuff?

Bushmills Irish but I'll settle for Jameson's Irish if I can't get it.

Courvoisier Cognac.

Can't stand Jack (paint stripper) or Johnny (white board cleaner) and as for bourbon, that's something used for cleaning oil stains of concrete.

Going to be 21 in a few weeks but being in a fraternity and all has helped me get my hands on some volatile liquids in the past. I'm not much of a drinker, lightweight in fact, but when I do drink I prefer Blue Moon, Heineken, Corona, Kirin Ichiban, and a Newton's Folly for beer. For hard stuff I like Jack, and/or Grey Goose/any kind of vodka. I hate tequila and despise all forms of cheap beer =P. Not a huge fan of ale but prefer it over the cheap stuff for sure.

A 30 rack of Busch light and I'll be good.

My dad, being an old man, enjoys himself some fine scotch. Whenever he gets a new bottle he gives me a glass and it's like drinking crisp molten lead. I can feel it melting away my insides all the way down to my liver.

I don't tend to drink, but when I do it's limited to bottled urine; AKA Budweiser. I can't take my alcohol, and i'm not even going to pretend that I can.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I use Crown Royal bags to carry my dice... actually, more than a few people I know use those bags for that purpose.

Alcohol is all awful in it's own unique way, so when there's no narcotics around for me to enjoy, I prefer anything really cheap that goes down smooth so I can get get it over with quickly and not have to spend more than I would on something I would enjoy ten times more.

Mainly, I stick with Black Velvet Canadian Import Whiskey if I'm out of options. It's seventeen bucks a handle, and I can chug it like water (even if it tastes awful). Any form of dark beer is interesting, but I'm not going to concede and say that any of it actually tastes good, because it doesn't.
