Were did you find it? Looks like a cthulhu vampire banshee or something. Very cool though.

It looks Rackham, from their Confrontation line.

As to the actual model, I don't know. I am not familiar with names. The game never really took off around me and I have had limited contact with their models.

Thanks for the tip i searched around a bit on the interweb thingie and found it is indeed a rackham mini.
to be more precise it is La Gorgone from The Limbo of Acheron.
even found a very nicely painted example now to go and completely hash up my attempt at painting it

quick look on ebay they can be bought for £6.50 and seller has several dont blame you for wanting one it is quite nice.

Looks like an Angel Giraldez paintjob (he does a lot of official Euro miniatures work).
