So why is it I keep getting traders who start threatening me with 'BAD TRADE REPORTS' when deals are not finalized yet, or i decided I wanted out before product or money is exchanged. It's like they are blackmailing me with threats to make bad trades in their favor.

I just had another one happen a few minutes ago.

What are these jerks problems?

Or ones that want to make a quick change to an already agreed on deal, or spring a condition on you at the last moment.. just had that happen on another board. Highly irritating...

SNURL: I don't think so. I told him I had been in the hospital and then bed ridden for almost a month, then I didn't hear from him again. Now he says I made a deal and broke it.

Last I heard, he asked for pics of the models I offered. That was the last I received. I did NOT send the pics due to being hospitalized. The pics were not a priority at the time.

Now this guy is saying I am still breaking our deal because I said: "Yes, I would accept payment through paypal", but he didn't pay me. So I don't think I have any obligation to honor the deal since I was not paid for the miniatures.

Nothing was exchanged, nothing was signed...no deal was made.

If just discussing a possible deal was the same as signing a contract Car salesman would be much happier and probably more litigious.

So send him some pictures with the whole deal spelled out and give him the option to either accept it and pay you or feth off.
