You know when you get a daft idea, the human physce is constructed to stop you from acting on it, E.G.
Daft Idea: Hmmm I could convert my unused existing models and kits to create a chaos deamon army
Phscye: But Dan, you already have a battleforce of space wolves to finish building.
If only my daft ideas could be stopped soooo easily
Daft Idea: But we coudl do it at no cost, and it would
eb unique, and you could keep doing space wolves, go on you know you want to....
Physce: Free?
Daft Idea: I PROMISE!!
So last night I decided to give it a go, I have a old battalion of Lizzies, some Imperial Guard and a ton of GF9 Green stuff. I would like to know if these look good enough to be seen as deamons or wether I should stop right now....
I had to up the brightness in photobucket,
IRL they are dark but they arent THAT dark
2 Horrors and the Changeling
Ok so the bloodletters are a no brainer the horrors and chengeling however probably deserve some explanation. The basis of a horror is a rolling mass of flesh that horrifies the veiwer, severl tzeentchian spells are said to turn its victims into horrors, and next to other deamons the
IoM is probably the most common enemy the forces of Tzeentch war against, on a phycological note I find that unkown horrors and gribbly spawns thing are often nowhere near as horrific as the things we recognize, imagine being a guardsmen and seeing a rolling horror of flesh only to realise a second later its human features, remenants of a uniform, the imperial aquilla, way scarier then just a multi limbed ball of flesh. The changeling is a bit of an in game meta joke, it seems nowadays that the VAST majority of armies used are
SM in their various colours and flavours, hence my changeling would most commonly be pretending to be something in power armour, he has no face because he has to change it so often, his armour isnt one colour because it changes so often.
So the big question are they
A. Any good?
B. Recignizable as what they should be?
