How many points are we talking about? And how much non-MC are you willing to tolerate?
Generally on the MCs though:
A Hive Tyrant w/Guard or a Winged Tyrant w/Gargoyles as mobile cover is pretty good HQ. You can have Tervigons as HQ, but I consider 3 to be plenty and any you have should be troops. Swarmlord is pretty fun, but I like a normal Tyrant better for the most part because it can get regeneration and armored shell.
You'll want Hive guard or Zoanthropes for ranged anti-tank. I'd look into Venomthropes too as they give cover to MCs and mine have served me well in a balanced list so far.
As mentioned, up to three Tervigons as troops and minimum termagants to make them troops.
Fast attack you can pretty much ignore as Harpys really are not that great.
For HS you can not go wrong with Trygons. I like just Adrenal Glands on mine. You could also look into a Fex or two. Either with 2xSTs or Dual TL Devourers. Tyrannofexes are kind of pricey ,but very tough and have incredible shooting, just stay away from the Fleshborer hive(Silly Cruddace, hardly anyone liked the punisher cannon in the IG codex, why would 'Nid players like a weaker one?).

As mentioned by Tzeentchling9 your usual point level will change a lot of things. Just ie, my 7x MCs 2000p list. Far to be very very competitive but it's a good start for a Nidzilla list. If you'll really want to maximise you'll can add another Carnifex with some change in the EL choices or with even some points more a third Tervigon+Termagants TR combo. HQ - Tyrant - Paroxism & Leech Essence - 2x TL Devourers - Armoured Shell - 2x Tyrant Guards with Lash Whips. 370 EL - 2x Hive Guards. 100 EL - 2x Hive Guards. 100 EL - 2x Venomthrope. 110 TR - 10x Termagants. 50 TR - 10x Termagants. 50 TR - Tervigon - Adrenal Glands - Toxin Sacs - Catalyst. 195 TR - Tervigon - Adrenal Glands - Toxin Sacs - Catalyst. 195 HV - Trygon Prime - Adrenal Glands. 240 HV - Trygon - Adrenal glands. 210 HV - 2x Carnifexes (all with 2x pairs of Scything Talons) - 2x Bioplasma - 2x Frag Spines. 370 Tot. 2000 There is a very big-big-big problem tho, no serious ranged anti-armour fire a part the 4 hive guards that, unfortunately, aren't alwais enough. Usually, running as a foul the firsts 2 turns, you'll can compensate with all these MCs CC attacks but vs fast armies you seriously risk to be easily outranged. In higher point levels, or with some massive changes in this list, you'll can take 3 Harpys (they aren't amazing but can work with some particular tactics) and maybe a couple of winged Tyrants. you seriously change the composition of the list but you'll be almost able to play vs dark eldar very fast vehicles ie. I underline "almost".

I would start by including 2-3 tervigons as troops (depends on the point level) which also means 20-30 termagants in troops. Don't worry about this being a non-MC part of the army, termagant and tervigons together are some of the best troops in the game for holding objectives.
Most people would advocate taking 3 units of hive guard/zoanthropes as elites - these units are the best anti-tank units in the army and some are necessary.
For HQ I presume you want a tyrant, he should have either wings or 1-2 tyrant guard.
HQ, trygons are the obvious choice, usually considered better than carnifexes under the current rules. Tyrannofexes are maybe worth a try as well, but I've never played against them. If you take trygons, upgrade the tyrant to give +1 to reserve rolls - the big factor with trygons is if they all come on in the same turn, that makes them a lot harder to deal with than coming in one by one.
Never seen any fast attack used for this kind of list - I'm not very impressed by harpies on paper.
So, in order of importance - tervigons/termagants, elite choices, hive tyrant (swarmlord seems good, never played against him), heavy support monsters.

Nidzilla could be 2 x Tervigons or Tyrants as HQ, though Tyrants cost more and debatable if giving more benefits.
Then elite tank hunting units.
Troops 3 x Tervigon and then 30 Termagants split into 3 units.
Finally HS, 3 x Trygons.
That's 8 monstrous creatures, but it depends no your points level.

At 2000 points you can begin working on an almost balanced list, at least playable. My list is just an example. At 1500 it would be hard.. Following the Mercer's advices, at 2000 points, here another list: HQ - Tyrant - paroxism & leech essence - Bonesword & Lashwhip - Acid Blood - Stranglethorn Cannon - 2x Tyrant Guard with lashwhips. 335 EL - 2x Hive Guards. 100 EL - 2x Hive Guards. 100 EL - 2x Hive Guards. 100 TR - 10x Termagants. 50 TR - 10x Termagants. 50 TR - 10x Termagants. 50 TR - Tervigon - Catalyst - Adrenal Glands - Toxin Sacs. 195 TR - Tervigon - Catalyst - Adrenal Glands - Toxin Sacs. 195 TR - Tervigon - Catalyst - Adrenal Glands - Toxin Sacs. 195 HV - Trygon - Adrenal Glands. 210 HV - Trygon - Adrenal Glands. 210 HV - Trygon - Adrenal Glands. 210 Tot. 2000 Stil 7 MCs
