I recently moved to South Norwood (SE25) and all my previous warhammer opponents are up in Birmingham. Is there anyone who plays in South London at all? I've just been to the Croydon GW for the first time, and it was an alright game, but I much prefer playing in a house with mates - no little yappy kids that won't shut up! WH40k only. If anyone doesn't have their own place to play, I'm game to meet at a GW and try out a game as well - just need to find some new regular opponents.

We usually meet up at someone's house, generally who evers is the most available, and usually once a week. We'd be up for a couple of games at the Bromley GW if you like. They have a pretty cool gaming room, and having never played there myself it would be a new experience for me too.

Cheers mate. A quick internet search turned up a club that meets at the GW Bromley on tuesday nights - so I am going down there tomorrow to check it out. Name some other evening this week or next and I'd be happy to meet up for a game then.

I'm a fairly new player in Croydon, I play regularly on Wednesdays with some guys but were switching to another game for a while to keep things fresh, however I would love to keep sharp on 40k and wondered if anyone would want to sort out a regular game? iAlso is there space at the Bromley games with some adult players? (I'm 27, playing with under 18's is not ideal, no offence guys).

If anyone knows of any local games please let me know!

I live near Croydon (South Norwood) but I haven't been able to find anywhere there apart from the GW store. The GW in Bromley has a much bigger and better playing area, with a club that meets there on tuesdays, but Bromley is quite far for me.

So yeah, I really don't know anywhere in Croydon to play. Out of interest, what is the other game your group is starting instead of 40k?

well i played at GM store croydon tonight and had a great time so ill probably head there on thursdays, but would be good to see other places to play.

my group is trying necromunda but its new to us mostly, dont know how long it will last!

Yeah, the store in Croydon is alright, but twice I've gone there and found no one playing anything except fantasy. I am in the area next week, but don't know if I'll make it to the store. Maybe I'll see you round there.

I'm headed to more east London, possibly moving there in the next few months with any luck, wouldn't mind finding some opponents though eastern london would be perfect can't be choosy
