Hi guys, I know the rule about taking a morale test if you lose 25% or more of the models in the unit during any given phase. However, is it 25% of the original strength of the unit, or 25% of the current strength of the unit (at the start of the phase)?

It is the current strength of the unit at the beginning of that phase. P. 44 of the BRB gives an example of a unit of 5 losing 2 and testing, then another phase losing 1 of the 3 left and testing.
