For blood Angels, make sure you have paroxysm and a lashwhip on the tyrant. It will come in insanely useful. Also, you lack quite a bit of ranged AT. Drop out some of the warriors, try to get a broodlord on the stealers and some hive guard as elites. Aside from that it looks pretty neat; though a hive guard on the tyrant would be nice...
