Let me try to fix this for you, I'll leave the termies alone (more or less) as you seem to like them.

Rune priest gets living lightning & tempest wrath, Stay away from jaws I don't know why people think it's good. Even guard have a 50/50 chance of passing the test.

Dropping those GH squads to 5 mans w/ meltas & laz/Plaz razorbacks saves you 70 points total.

Drop those useless swiftclaws nets you 374 useful points.

Now take 3 squads of long fangs 5 strong w/ 4 ML for 345

27 points to play with.

Drop those WG down to 5, that's all you really need, total savings at 181 now.

Buy another 5 GH in Laz/Plaz w/ melta for 155 leaving you at 27

Drop the Assault cannon for another 30, you're in a LR what are you shooting at?

Speaking of LR, make it the better LRC for another 10 points putting you at 47 points.

3 of your Wolf Guard termies now get Thunder Shields so that they can soak the power weapon / AP 1 & 2 wounds. This makes the whole unit a lot more survivable.

2 points left but eh, what are you gonna do.

Only reason for 9 grey hunters is so they can have a wolf guard and still fit in a rhino, last time I put together a space wolf list was 2nd ed so I guess some of my choices represent this properly (all 3 powered armoured ones join the grey hunters + blood claws with jump packs)

Wolf Guard i really had no idea on, I just went with the old load out and thought someone would put me right (like you have).

Runepriest I hadn't decided on his powers, this is juts a very rough first draft, I like the ideas on powers.

Thankfully none of this is bought so I can change it about as much as I like.

Hmmm, not a bad list but there are certanily a few things I might recommend that you change.

Am I correct to assume that you plan on running your Rune Priest with the Terminator squad in the Land Raider? If that is the case, you're better off with either a Wolf Priest or a Wolf Lord. The reason that I'm not a big fan of Rune Priests in assault units, is because you're only going to get a 5+ Invul with that terminator armor and the Space Wolves have much better hth options to lead with. Also, if you're going to run an assault unit of terminators, then you really should think about dropping that Assault Cannon. It can't shoot while they're in the Land Raider and at best you'll get 1 turn of shooting with it before you assault.

Personally, I'm also not a big fan of Wolf Guard terminators in 1500 point games, and most lists that I see where they are effective are Logan-Wing lists where Logan Grimnar makes them troops.

It is personal preference on the Grey Hunter load-out and I have seen them be effective in a few different ways. If it were me, I would drop 1-2 of them and pick up the Wolf Standard for 10 points, and either the Mark of the Wulfen or a Power Sword for 15 points... The Wolf Standard will allow you to re-roll any rolls of a 1 in a close combat phase and for 10 points, I don't think I have ever had an instance where it didn't pay for itself. Also, you're probably going to want to drop the extra armor on the Rhinos as it really isn't worth the 15 points in this edition.

The Swift Claw bike pack is not a bad option... And actually at 25 points each they are some of the most affordable bikes in the game. Even better when you pay the extra 5 points and attach an attack bike to them. However, the only way to really run them effectively is to attach a Wolf Priest on a bike with them. You need a character to lead them otherwise you suffer from the Headstrong rule and they could end up assaulting something that you didn't want them to. The Wolf Priest allows them to re-roll their attacks with the Preferred Enemy rule and lets them use his leadership to test. Also, you're better off dropping the Plasma Gun and opting for the Flamer. Remember that with the Flamer you don't have to roll to hit, so that BS of 3 doesn't come into play.

I wouldn't run the 2nd Swiftclaw bike pack. While you may be thinking that having 2 bike units running up the flanks of your Land Raider, what you're really lacking is heavy support. You're entire list doesn't have any firepower with a range greater than 24" and even then you don't have much. Might I suggest that you opt for some heavy support choices to support your lads on their way into combat? These days the Long Fangs are a great option and very affordable in 5th edition. A Long Fang with a missile launcher is only 25 points and you can throw 5 of them plus a pack leader together in one unit.

Anyway that's about it for starters, good luck!
