Ok deciding on whether to make a jump-pack Blood Angels army, I think it would be bad ass and it might work. I want some input on these 3 units i want in my army they are expensive yes but I'm looking for ideas here so lets do it!

First off 5man Death company assault squad all have power weps ranging from 2 Thunder hammers, 2powerfists, and a power wep, and 1 infernus pistol "all have jump packs"

Second 5man Vanguard with sergeant, infernus pistol x3, or x2 and x1 plasma pistol, x1 thunder hammer(For 1 squad guy for 30pnts), x1 power-fist, and x2 powerweps, for the sergeant a thunder hammer/power-fist/lighting-claw/glaive encarmine, (which ever if best for situation.) "all have jump packs"

and third my sanguine guard squad all have death masks, x1 infernus pistol, x1 plasma pistol, x1 power-fist.

These are some of the things I'm looking at and if my math is right this should add up to around 780pts. Give me some feedback on this and maybe some things that would go well with these guys, looking foreword to peoples suggestions.

Oh hey trust me, the jump army do work! Woo HOO its fun! So lets see its a a starting army lets go 1k cause those are easy to do. SO first I do not see an HQ choice how about a Librarian with SHield to give the marines so help jumping to the emeny. Then lets try unleashed rage reroll missed hits is great give him a jump pack and he is good!
Lets see the death company with jump packs WAAAAAAAAY too many points especially with jump packs any good opponent can just make them run around the board. So next you have upgrade syndrome thats okay when I started same thing so vanguard give them jump packs and x3 storm shields. The veterans are great to tie up combat units or devastator squads just because they can deep strike from assault. The reason they need stormshields is so you can assault a squad with a few power weapons. We need some troops to score which is really important. SO maybe 2 10 man squads with x2 melta guns which are AWESOME and are deadly in a mech game. So we have a really good force, but what about priests those give us a unique punch when we hit and giving us feel no pains great. So lets see this list

Now also my opinion on the units sanguinary guard are mehh. I dont know about them I never really run them. IMO there is too many upgrades on them, same with all the units. Death company are pretty crappy. Veterans can be deadly. Then again it is your choice. YOUR ARMY, not mine to dictate so you can play-test around with them. Get a few games, and see how the units do. FOR THE EMPEROR FOR SANGUINUS!

My only change would be to your Van Vet squad, I would tool them this way:

5-man Van Vets, Sarg with 2x LC and MB, 2 Van Vets with an LC and SS, and 2 regular guys.--255 pts, and makes this list 1k on the dot.

Thats 10 power weapon hits on the charge that re-roll to wound. and 2x 3-up invul. saves and two more ablative wounds for the squad.

Yeah Necrons list is a good starter DoA list. Only change I would make is to take one SS away and put a PW in the Vet Squad.

So just don't have sanguine guard in the army at all? also I bought a Vanguard box only to find i cant change any of their weapons because they are metal models... any ideas?

You can change them just have to resort to some disfigurement, literally, lol. I run vang vets, 5x LC 5 x SS usually, with shrike in all my ravenguard lists the only thing I was sad about was cutting up the relic blade vet cause it's so damn cool but relic blades suck! Thats a really cool starting list I love my RG but BA are awesome too bad I'm saving for GK.
