As per the heading. Ive only ever played space wolves and ba so I'm unsure as to whether you can take/use both and army builder didn't help etc.

Yes, as long as the model has the option to take them. The one is a 2-handed CCW and the other just denies you the bonus attack from using two CCWs.

Yes you can, a relic blade counts as a power weapon with S6 hits and you can never get a bonus from a second CCW when using it.

Thanks for the quick responses. So a captain could take it for instance? And so he would have 3 attacks and a 3++?

Yup, and you could throw him on a bike for some T5 action too.

Because in the 41st millennium, driving with your knee caps is the cool thing to do.

While I am inclined to agree with the above posts, I certainly do see why it is in question. While there are no specific rules on 1-hand vs. 2-handed or anything else, Relic Blade does say that it is two-handed. But then again, a Chaos Lord with a daemon weapon also has a two handed weapon, and it does not seem to prevent them from firing their bolt pistol.

"Better have one flexible neck to be making that shot," Bob said.

"You only assume the Balefire is coming out of his mouth, Bob. In my world, the Heldrake is pooping daemonic fire on your troops as it jets away from their mangled and now burning corpses." -John

2 handed means no extra attack ... even if you can take two
