It could use a bit more shading on the skin (especially between the fingers), and a little more highlighting on the cloak. But overall, it looks very good.
The best trick I ever learned for eyes is to do them very first thing, then use the skintones to do the final shaping. That way, if you screw up, you only have to strip (or reprime) one little spot, rather than risk a well-painted face.
