He looks pretty good really. Nice work on the eyes in particular, they're hard to paint.

i know damn things took me 5-6 tries >.<
a eavy metal painter gave me a good tip last GD that instead of trying to paint a dot simply paint a line going from top to bottom its easier and looks more realistic

It could use a bit more shading on the skin (especially between the fingers), and a little more highlighting on the cloak. But overall, it looks very good.

The best trick I ever learned for eyes is to do them very first thing, then use the skintones to do the final shaping. That way, if you screw up, you only have to strip (or reprime) one little spot, rather than risk a well-painted face.

You need a wash of some sort on the flesh areas. The fingers all blend together and are visually boring.
