Deployment
Tyrainds win the roll off and deploy the three Trygons behind the shrine ruin to get cover in the centre of the table. Left flank sees a squad of Termagants, Hive Guard, Tervigon (proxied by Daemon Princes) and Tyrant along with Guard (proxied by orange barrel!) and the right flank is Termagants, two units of Hive Guard and the Tervigon behind the Guard. Both Genestealers are held in reserve.
Angels deploy in the centre to get clear lascannon shots off at the bugs as they approach once out of cover. Vindicators are more over towards the right flank.
Turn 1
Blood Angels attempt to seize the intiative but fail.
Tyranids move out using the little bugs to shield the Hive Guard and then the Guard shielding the Tervigons - the Trygons move into the shrine ruin giving cover saves.
Hive Guard let rip and immobilise and crew shaken a Vindicator, other Vindicator is crew stunned.
Blood Angels turn and they stay static as no need to move.
Shooting lascannons blast out on a Hive Guard unit on the right flank, Hive Guard fail all cover saves and are toasted. Lascannons fire at Hive Guard on the left flank and kill one after cover saves.
Turn 2
Tyranids call for reserves and a single 'Stealer unit comes on and outflanks on the right table side of the Tyranids, they run towards the immobilised Vindicator.
Tyranids move up using the smaller bugs as shield as the Tervigon on the left flanks spawns more Termagants, both Tervigons cast feel no pain on Termagants though the psychic hood stops one power going off. Trygons smash through the shrine ruin.
Shooting Hive Guard on the right flank pop a Razorback while the Hive Tyrant on the left flank unleashes devourers causing some damage on a Razorback and wrecks it while the single Hive Guard pops a flamer Honour Guard Razorback.
In assault the 'Stealers are out of range while two Trygons charge Razorbacks, a flamer Honour Guard are butchered by a Trygon leaving just the Priest alive who legs it while the other Trygon smashes a melta Assault Squads Razorback and makes it go boom, two Assault Marines are killed in the blast along with wounding a Trygon.
Angels turn the operational Vindicators moves to blast the Genestealers as the flamer Assault Squad what got blown out their Razorback move to unleash on the Termagants with another flamer Assault Squad as support on the right flank. Melta squads disembark from Razorbacks in the centre of the board ready to unleash melta on Trygons.
Vindicator fires at the Genestealers and lands on target wiping them all out. Flamers fire at the Termagants leaving a single 'Gant remaining in the ashes of it's brothers. Mass melta and plasma manages to kill a Trygon but fails to tackle the other one.
Kill points are Tyranids 5: Blood Angels 2
Turn 3
Tyranids call for reserve and the other squad of Genestealers arrive on the right flank again towards the Vindicators.
Solo Termagant runs off to deny a kill point as the Tervigon spawns more Termagants to aid in combat. Termagants on the left flank move to assault the 3 man melta Assault Squad which got blown out their tank by the Trygon.
Shooting the Hive Guard on the right flank stun a Razorback. Hive Tyrant blasts flamer Assault Squad with Librarian and kills two, they pass morale ok. Solo Hive Guard pops a Razorback. Termagants manage to slim the three man Assault Squad down to two, they pass morale ok.
In assault the 'Stealers charge the immobilised Vindicator and wreck it. The solo Trygon charges a melta Honour Guard squad and kills them, Termagants are out of range of the battered Assault Squad. Termagants on the right flank pile into a single Assault Squad, cannot remember results of combat but the fight rages on. Termagants on the left flank charge the flamer and Librairan which got blown out their Razorback, the Gants remain in combat but not with many numbers remaining, though a single Marine is killed and the Librarian takes a wound.
In the Angels turn the last Vindicator moves to blow up the Genestealers, the solo Priest from the flamer Honour Guard regroups and moves forward to give feel no pain and furious charge benefits as the two man melta squad gets back inside a Razorback to deny a kill point. Remaining melta squad moves towards the Trygon with Razorback support.
Shooting Vindicator blows up the Genestealers, Razorbacks and melta Assault Squad kill the last Trygon.
In assault the Termagants on the right flank stay in combat, though the fight gets reinforced with a flamer Assault Squad with the other Librarian attached. Fight on the left flank sees the Termagants die thanks to a reinforcing Assault Squad.
Kill points are Tyranids 8: Blood Angels 5
Turn 4
Tervigon on the right flank casts feel no pain again on the Termagant unit in combat, the Tervigon on the left flank casts feel no pain on the Termagant squad close by. Hive Tyrant moves to get the Librarian and Assault Squad while the Tervigon goes for the flamer Assault Squad supporting as the Termagants move towards the melta squad which blasted the Trygon.
Shooting Hive Guard on the right flank shake a Razorback while the solo one kills the single Priest from the Honuor Guard taking away feel no pain. Hive Tyrant casts paroxym on the Librarians squad, but the psychic hood stops it, instead devourers blast out but do no damage.
In assault Tervigon on the right flank charges into combat getting 3 extra attacks thanks to crushing claws and kills three Marines while the Marines kill 3 Termagants making combat a draw. Termagants pile into the Assault Squad and combat remains on, but only a single Marine left! Hive Tyrant charges through cover and kills the Librarian and squad attached too as the Tervigon charges the Assault Squad and wipes them out taking no wounds.
Angels turn the Razorback with the two Assault Marines hiding inside ploughs forward and tank shocks the Tervigon and Tyrant, both move out the way.
Shooting Razorbacks blast the Tervigon on the left flank but thanks to cover it has four wounds left. Vindicator fires at the Hive Guard on the right flank but it misses.
In assault on the right flank the Assault Marines batter the Termagants and kill them while the Tervigon takes a wound from the Librarian; the Librarian tries to use his force weapon but shadow of the warp makes sure he fails the test. Assault Squad in battle with the Termagants die due to weight of numbers.
Kill points are Tyranids 11: Blood Angels 6
Turn 5
Hive Guard on the right flank move into terrain to get cover if the Vindicator decides to shoot. The Termagant swarm which just killed some Assault Marines moves to pile into combat to assist the Tervigon. Tyrant gets ready to blast and assault the Razorback which tank shocked.
Hive Guard shake another Razorback as the previously shaken one gets immobilised.
In assault the Tervigon on the left flank assaults a Razorback and wrecks it, the Tyrant assaults the Razoback which did the tank shock and wrecks it. Combat still rages with the Assault Marines and Tervigon but not many left now, the Librarian also takes a wound thanks to the Termagants laying the attacks down on him.
Angels turn the Vindicator moves ready to blast the Hive Guard and the two man Assault Squad runs away from the Hive Tyrant towards the wounded Tervigon which just wrecked a Razorback.
Shooting Vindicator kills a Hive Guard after landing on target, a Razorback fires and puts a wound on the surviving one. The wounded Tervigon is killed by melta, plasma and lascannon fire.
In assault Tyranid overwhelm with numbers and leave a single Marine left who fails combat and runs off! He cannot regroup as Tyranids are within 6".

Turn 6
Tyrant blasts the two Assault Marines with devourers and kills them both. Hive Guard fail to pop any more Razorbacks. The single falling back Marine is felled by fleshborer fire.
Angels blast the Tyrant and Guard with plasma fire, squad takes wounds but remains. Vindicator fires at the Termagants but scatters and misses.
Tyranids 14: Blood Angels 7
Summary
A good game for the Tyranids which the adjusted list did well. Deploying as a staged wall setup is good (staged being in height order) which helps units get cover saves but also helps short ranged units like the Hive Guard get into range and do damage first turn.
The Tyrant worked loads better on foot with a single Guard which allowed the squad to get a cover save easier, the devourers did well popping a tank and causing damage I did think of taking a barbed strangler but that single shot is hit and miss - old adversary didn't come into play that much, might drop that.
Tervigons did well giving feel no pain, shame it's a psychic power and can be stopped by hoods etc also in kill point games means little spawning of Termagants which can be a problem for this style of a smaller army.
Buffed Termagants have more holding power, but against Angels at least wasn't much more affective in combat. Best use is as a shield and claiming objectives, can work ok in combat but nothing to write home about.
Genestealers come in and failed first assault but then got it in - the Vindicators were just on fire and blown both squads up without failing to miss and always scored full wounds. The 'Stealers did the job and can be annoying.
Three Trygons worked better as two can be taken down easily with the amount of plasma etc. They wrecked house taking out tanks and squads, but didn't make their points back.
