I was wondering if anyone possesing the knowledge and tools could create a dakka dakka app , i think it could contain the ability to rapidly upload photos , browse recent thread and view the gallery instead of having to use safari for example

I dont want to support apps for things that only a small percentage of the current userbase would use. I prefer optimising for mobile browsers even if apple have a relatively poor one.
