It looks gross, which since it's Nurgle is a compliment

It looks good; the only bit of advice I have is on the boils. I think they should be widest on their bottom where they meet the rest of the growth, instead of slightly narrowing like they do now. Maybe you could add a ring of Milliput around the edge to hide the narrowing, like dead burst flesh where the boils came up.
