Which leaves 1425 points to play with....
Wouldn't be the best army every, would rely mainly on Mephiston killing everything

with Stormravens taking out tanks....
What is best to do with 75 points, i'm not sure if any upgrades on storm ravens (maybe extra armour?) other than maybe giving 1/2 of them Lascannons or multi-meltas.... Heavy Flamers for Dreads, melta for assault squads?

I think , if you want to keep this line up, That you could turn the Last Dread into a Libby Dread fo rthe Hood and Extra Punching Power.

Honestly I'll drop Mephiston for a 1500 points game.
1 Libby will work good enough imho. This way you'll can at least full the 3 SR.

Otherwise.. you know that thay're still AV12 yes? 2 of them will land sooner than expected..

I don't see anything other than Mephiston really doing enough damage for 150 points, his Stormraven will probably die first turn (if i go first, it will probably turbo boost.....)

Extra Armor for the ravens for sure, nothing is worse than them having to sit still for a turn for your opponent to shoot at them again w/o your 4+ cover save. Remember with PoTMS you can always still fire 1 weapon even if you move flat out, so the Extra Armor will allow you to always be on the move.

Besides that I would put as many meltaguns into our RAS as you can with the remaining points. You have 75 points remaining, the EA will take off 45. That gives you 2 meltaguns for your RAS and mayhaps a Heavy Flamer for a dread.
