 when a terminator with a power glove and storm bolter attacks does it get and how strong is each hit. i know that the glove doubles the characters strength so does that mean all hits are strength 8?

A power glove? Not sure what you mean there, buddy, but a powerfist would do that. And yes, a person in TDA with a powerfist is striking at S8.

Welcome.
Yes, a power fist gives the model double strength but at the cost of being reduced to initiative 1, so most likely strikes last. A terminator with a fist and storm bolter gets 3 attacks on the charge.
