My little attempt at a competitive chaos army:

Daemon Prince w/ Wings, lash, mark of slaanesh

Here I wanted to make a competitive but yet fluffy chaos list.
As you can guess, my rhinos will be a portable pillboxes, my daemon prince will get cover from them, while he cast spells to get enemy infantry into group hug position for my large blasts. My oblitz will be lascannon platforms at the back, my defilers will prolly follow the main force and counter any combat units(banshees, assualt marines, never ork boyz I hate PK)And thats...about it

Even though Noise Marines are I5, not 4, they aren't really much better in CC than standerd CSM for 5 points more.... What they do, is all take Sonic Blasters and shoot (Rhino is up too you then)

I think you've spent 790 points on your Noise Marines.... so what i would do is this: (fluffy, and much more competitive IMHO)

Another Deamon Prince,
Then give them all sonic blasters, you then can either have 21 Noise Marines and 3 rhinos or no Rhinos and another 4 Noise Marines

I'm not sure whats best/other people think about the Heavy, i personally prefer Defliers (Not because there better or anything, i just like them more ), its probably best going with 3 of the same thing, although how you have it may be fine

Ummm...good point, if I take another prince and sonic blasterz tho, I would take out 2 of my heavies, leaving me with 2 oblitz.
Rhinoz are a must for my style, so no change on that.
