I have acquired a good amount of space marine units and I would like to make the best list possible out of what I have. The problem is that I have only played a handful of games against an Ork army built from 2 AoBR sets. My brother in law and I were more focused on getting the rules down than putting together armies. In the next couple weeks I would like to get a decent army together so I can go play down at the LGS. I have read through all the SM lists I could find at both 1000 and 1500 but most would require me to buy more units.

Here is what I have come up with at 1000 pts

Tactical Squad - 215
-flamer
-Lascannon
-Rhino

Tactical Squad - 205
-Flamer
-ML
-Rhino

Term Squad - 480
-Assult Cannon
-LR

SM Captain - 100

Heres is a List of what I have available:

2x AoBR:
20 Marines: One of the Sgt has a Plasma Pistol instead of chain sword.
10 Terminators - One has been been equipped with an assault cannon instead of Bolter.
2 Dreadnoughts: Stock AoBR Weapons
2 Captins

1 SM Battle Force:
5 Scouts
15 Marines
5 Assault Marines
1 Rhino

Other Random Stuff I have:
1x rhino
1x Land Raider (Magnetized to be either LR, Redeemer, or crusader)
5 DA Marines (2x Multi-melta, 1x Plasma Cannon, 1x Lascannon, 1x ML)
1x SM biker
1x Attack Bike
1x Land Speeder w/ Multi-melta

I would like to try to build a 1000pt and a 1500pt list without having to buy anything else. (Would consider buying some new HQ). Any advise or suggestions are appreciated.
