Hey everybody,

The brothers involved are:

The Capm
Corndoggy
The Bringer

We'll hopefully update often... hopefully.

So, to start, I'll post the marines I've done so far:

Here are my first two marines painted

And my second two

I'm not done basing either. I just dumped my leftover washes on their bases, I'll hopefully paint up some more marines today, if I have extra time.

They are counts-as BA. There are too many red armies in my gaming group, and my other army had a red color scheme, so I decided to do something new. I'll probably make fluff eventually... but it will have to be somewhat similar to that of the BA fluff to describe certain rules...

Any idea for a chapter name and fluff?

Here is a devilfish I recently repainted:

Sorry that the one picture is blurry, the settings that brought out the color more also made it so I could focus right.

Here's a conversion I did a couple weeks ago (I did put it up in another thread). I'll put some pics up of him painted after I finish some touch-ups and base him.
View of the fur I sculpted on the back

You can see the scar I sculpted on his face in this pic a little. The gun is replacing his right hand (look ma! No hands )

Crater I put on when I found I took out too much green stuff

Okay, this is the first time I've painted more than 2 miniatures in a sitting...

I painted the rest of the six marines in the squad, they're a little sloppy... but I'm happy with how they are.

Bloody Chainsword!!!

And the whole squad together

Now all I have to do is base them.

Okay, I just cleaned up my marine squad. I did a lot of work on the sergeant, and then I re-did some purity seals, repainted the yellow, and I also added some detail to the flamer. Then I based them, and now I'm officially done!

I really like these. Simple, but eye catching. Keep up the good work!

Sensible marine colour scheme looking like a proper military unit I like it. Warboss is looking fine and its always nice to see the good ole Shoota + Shoota= Big Shoota conversion.

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

I don't really like marines, but that's probably because of their bright paint schemes because these look awesome..

Wow, thanks LordCreed, and thanks everybody else.

I chose this scheme just because I thought not only would it be fairly easy, but I was tired of seeing red in our gaming groups, and I didn't want blue marines...

Hopefully this weekend I'll paint some assault marines, my captain, or possibly some librarians, they look like they'd be fun to paint.

So, I decided I can't wait any longer to put up pics of my painted Warboss even though I've got a bit to fix on him. First off I need to do some highlights on his skin, back and clothing. I made an error when I forgot to put soap in my wash . I'm also going to be changing the color to some parts on his gun. I was thinking about coloring his bulging veins a faint blue-ish color. I need to base him too. Let me know what you think thus far. You guys think I should change the red on his stomach plate? I wanted it to look like war paint, but it ended up looking a little sloppy to me.

This photo makes his back look a little green, but I can assure you that it's a brownish white. I definitely need to do a white highlight on the fur.

The gun didn't turn out as planned. I want to change the mass of brown you see to have a visible black tube so that it won't look like one giant mitten.

Thanks everybody.

I just painted a librarian. It definitely was the most fun to paint out of everything I've done yet. I'm kind of happy with how it turned out, but I know I could have done better...

I may touch him up this weekend, or paint my other librarian... or both.

Btw, any tips on painting would be much appreciated.

Greetings all! I am the representative of all things bug in the group. Spent some of the morning taking some (quick) pictures of my Tyranids.

Excuse the poor quality of some of these, I need to take more time to get a shinier camera for some of the (imo) better paintjobs.

Ill start off with some pictures of my favorite flavor of grunt, hormagaunts.

And a close up of my carapace pattern on these guys (not a fantastic pic...). It is rather difficult to get a good shot of these with the gloss they have one them...but it gets most of the idea across I suppose.

Next up are some warriors.

And a group shot/

This guy is an early conversion (pics of the unpainted fig are in my gallery), originally intended to live out life as a Broodlord. He will now most likely serve as a Tyranid prime... we will see.

Next up are some shots of my magnetized Tyrant. I am fairly happy with how this guy turned out... He was my first MC sized paintjob, so there is definitely room for improvement.

That's all for now. When I can get hold of a better camera I might take some shots of my Lictor pair (now proxied venomthropes most of the time... *sigh*) and My Zoan Brood.

Finally finished him! I didn't redo his skin as much as I thought I would. I gave him a Thraka green wash. Then I got to highlighting the fur on his back. I made the one tube on his arm black so that there wasn't so much brown. I did some touch up on his cloak and also improved the red lining on his loin-cloth. For the base I tried to get a muddy look along with a burnt look for the crater. I think it might still need some work. I also decided to add some blood splatters on his claw, not sure how well they show up in the photos. C&C are welcome

Well, I must say, all three of your guys' projects look great!
Space Marines: digging the total green GI Joe look you got there. It's a good break from all the usual stuff.
Orks: Really cool. But it needs MOAR DAKKA!
Tyranids: Nice color scheme, the gloss really reminds me of those really big beetles that are shown on nature shows.
Keep up the good work, you Triumvirate!

Eh, but still, it's time for a new project. As far as unpainted non-hq/elites/troops I have 2 killa kans, a trukk, a battlewagon, 6 deffkoptas, and a warbuggy. Hmmm, what to do.

So I made this piece of terrain a bit ago in about 2 hrs.
Just goes to show you how awesome popsicle sticks are

I didn't feel like painting (I'm so lazy ) it so I did the blasts marks as compensation. just your regular, junky, ork outpost

Here's an above view of the outpost where you can see where a Warboss fell through. He then proceeded to krump the builder real good, this the hole never really got repaired.

ork boyz actually fit on all places of the fort (cept the ladders and stairs ), even some of the bigger buggers
C&C welcome

Nice job! How'd you get the scorch marks - did you use the thing used to light candles? I can't imagine you'd be able to use Jonathan's spot welder on it!
