If you're going to use the old Deckchairs of Doom as both Heavy and Normal Destroyers, you would probably want to modify the weapons on the heavies a little to make things clear for your opponent. Otherwise, there's no issue with using any of the old models.
For the Warriors, if you're using them as Immortals in an army made up of current plastic Necrons, that would probably be clear enough, so long as you explain it to your opponent at the start of the game in case they're familiar with the old models and expect them to be the Warriors they appear to be.
There are Immortal models in the same style as the original Necron Warriors, though, so if you're after Immortals, those would be better than Warriors.

Yeah it'd be a case of using the old metal warriors with the new plastic ones.
Are there OOP immortals? All ive found so far is warriors + destroyers.

Yup:
Also Scarabs (which were originally larger and mounted one to a 25mm base rather than swarms) and a Lord with a giant hat.
I have a few slightly dodgy pics of some of mine here.

Yeah, they had immortals. They where pretty much just bigger warriors but their guns looked like heavy bolters sorta.

Ahh sweet! i'll see if i can get my hands on some. Fielding OOP stuff really gives an army an extra aesthetic flavour I feel.

Now that's something I have never seen before, kinda reminds me of the Tarantula platforms from Space Crusade: Mission Dreadnought.

That's the only Necron model I own!...I always thought his weapon looked more like a ship out of Battlefleet Gothic.

It's not just you. Hence the 'Deckchair of Doom' moniker.

I use my OOP Destroyers as my Heavy Destroyers, my OOP Warriors as my Immortals, and my OOP Immortals as Pariahs, for when i use them.
The old stuff is a little bigger than the new stuff, so it kind of fits. Plus I like the mix of stuff, and saved me from having to buy a bunch of immortals for 2 at a pop.
