I thought about starting a Death Korps. army with the gorgon squads. My question is, if any one knows how hard it is to convert these into normal troopers?

Regnak did this, vistit his blog. I don't think it was difficult, you'll need to do some minor greenstuffing though.

Heh... I picked up a batch of these to do the exact same thing. Hacked apart half a dozen of them, and the rest are still sitting in their box a year later. :(

Wow that is awesome, I wouldn't think that you'd be able to just snap most of that crew off and make them into stand alone models but there you go...
