I recently recieved a DKoK commissar from forgeworld and this is the final result. The picture quality is a little low, I was trying some natural lighting and turns out it's snowing, so the lighting is crap.

I love this model, and loathe my wife for controling the finances right now.... but that aside, your model isn't that' bad, but lacks some serious highlightings. Moreso on the face mask. Add some bleached bone to your base coat to create a worn leather look in some areas.

I have bleached bone, but I thought it would be too light.
