Thats what I thought they looked like but they look to be on a much smaller base then sentinel.

I'd have to say IG Sentinels too. The top bit is a Defiler leg armor, and comparing it to the leg, it is the lower portion of the sentinel. Note that they omitted a joint as well as cut off the side "toes", making them much smaller for the 28mm conversion.
