the cygnar faction book has a painting guide for the studio scheme that suggests a final hilight mix of cygnar blue hilight and frostbite (a color not far from gw spacewolf gray).
additionally it suggests the shading to be exile blue then exile blue + battlefield brown to be done before hilighting.
