So, I'm soon be buying enough components to make me a complete company of Blood Angels, ala standard Battle Company formation.

In addition to the marines, I'm having 4 Dreads, 6 Rhinos, 2 Drop Pods, 4 Storm Ravens, and 3 Baal Predators.

I'm looking at Battlefoam trays, simply because they should be a good fit, but I'm not sure what bag would be needed to store them in, and I don't really want to order it and find out it's too small. Too big, less of a problem, but I'd prefer just right. Had a look on their website, and the biggest one simply describes itself as '22" of foam' which didn't really answer my question.

So Daka, which do you reckon I'll need?

I've heard the Battlefoam guys are actually pretty good about helping with this kind of thing. I'd guess you'll need a big case, as the Stormravens and drop pods are kind of bulky. Let the Battlefoam people know and see what they recommend.

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.

I'm confused as to what the problem is. A Battlefoam Bag that holds 22 inches of foam will hold 22 inches of battle of trays. The storm ravens are going to take up the most space, your going to need 4.5 inches for each one, so right off the bat your looking at 18 inches for Ravens, plus another 4 inches for the pods, so your already at 22 inches. Your probably going to end up needing a 1520 and at least a Plus, if not a 720.

Mr Mystery, they sell BF at Wayland games. Could well be worth a call as they prolly know whats what with the range and are doing an extra 6% off untill the end of today.

I'd call battlefoam directly and tell them everything you want to put into it. They could help you out.

But, as Caterpylus says, it sounds like you'll need their biggest.

Had a PM from someone at Battlefoam, Top Marks for customer service thus far, and as yet, I'm not even a customer!

I jumped in and made my first Battlefoam purchase a week ago. I don't have the product yet, but from a customer service perspective they are top notch. I exchanged emails with them a couple times and they always answered quickly and concisely. Can't wait to get my case.
