Hey guys and gals...
I'm starting a new DA army just in time for a local 2000 point tourney. The rules are they have to be painted to TTS (Table Top Standard) or higher and if you've seen Eggroll's amazing BA I wanna copy that kind of shading technique. One problem: I don't have an airbrush to do that so, with your guy's help, what kind of airbrush should i use???

Well, as a noob, a compressor is important. Just make sure you can adjust the pressure and one of those little glass cups on it (removes moisture from the spray). Pretty easy to find.
As for a gun, you don't want a cheap one. Just make sure its a DUAL ACTION. Also, being able to change the tips helps.
Ebay and Amazon have some good stuff.
EDIT: The pics are just examples. You don't have to buy from them lol. Found em on ebay.
You also posted in the wrong area. This is the page to show off mini's. Not ask questions.

IWATA HP-CS and a 3 gallon compressor from wherever is cheaper. Just make sure you get a moisture separator. You're looking at around 200 bucks for startup but the IWATA is worth it.

Paasche Talon and any compressor with an air tank. You can manage this for under $150 easily.

It really depends on the kind of hobby store. Keep in mind, for miniatures you want a gravity feed, dual action, internal mix preferably with a selection of needles.
