Subject: Dark Eldar - Low Orbit Raid vs Retrofire jets

I checked around, could not find a decent discussion about this one.
Here's the TLDR version: can troops disembark from raiders if they are using low orbit raid, as opposed to retrofire jets.
Duke Sliscus' granted special rule is the Low Orbit Raid: (readers digest) Raiders, Venoms and Ravagers in the same army as Duke Sliscus have the deep strike special rule.
Retrofire Jets: Grant the deep strike ability for DE vehicles that take them however troops on board may not disembark.
RAW on deep strike allows units to disembark and shoot.
I realize this is a corner case but did GW screw up low orbit raid and omit the no disembark or do we think low orbit raid was meant to have an extra benefit other than deep strike?
I realize this doesn't seem like a big deal because you still wouldn't be able to assault (RAW) however there are some use cases; raiders or venoms w/ trueborn deep striking, hopping out and blasting away with their weapons. Same could go with any kabalite warrior unit, though you'd be over exposing yourself.
Thoughts?

Uhhm, yes?
I don't really understand the question. Low orbit raid allows you to disembark after deep-strike, retrofire jets don't. It's simply different things...

Pretty much. It appears to be the case, as it wasn't addressed in the FAQ [url]http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1620226a_Dark_Eldar_Version_1_0.pdf[/u].

Yes you can disembark with the Dukes abilty, a you are not explicitly denied it and are allowed to in the main rule set.
It may be an oversight, but certainly isnt an obvious one if it is.

It seems like a bonus for using the Duke, rather than a loophole.
