Looks pretty solid.
The only thing I would do differently is drop your speeder for some scouts, so they can objective camp on your side.
Your TACs at long range have 1 ML, which your paying a premium for. Up close they have a lot more options with bolters and MG. Use scouts for your objective camping and then your TAC squad to move up and grab objectives aggressively.
Now, if you went down to just one TAC squad + scouts, that would free up another ~100 points, allowing you to add something like a vindicator or another pread in place of that speeder.
Why do I dislike MM speeders for vanilla? Well, your speeder has ~21% to destroy AV 14 with one shot. Given the point cost thats a poor investment IMHO. Honestly I just don't see that many LRs in tourney lists any more, especially at 1500 point range. You see lots of ML spam, razorback spam, IG gunlines, etc. LRs are not that common anymore and are the only reason IMHO to go for the dropping speeder. Against Russ' and other tanks, you can just shove krak gernades/melta-bombs up their tailpipe, or knock on AV 10's door with a PF. Their just not as scary IMHO.
If your looking for a good comprise, why not take the ~100 or so points you would get from moving the TAC squad to a scout squad and go with a small bike squad. You can get 3-4 bikes, 2 MG and a melta-bomb/PF searg. Turbo-boost to where your 18" from your target, using the 3+ cover to save from firing. Then move up and leta the hell out of the target and then assault it. That gives you the ability to handle a LR, the ability to threaten vehicle squads, and might even live through the round of return fire.
Edit :
Another option is the vindicator. Placing the STR 10 template in the middle of the raider means you need a 3"-4" deviation to not hit the LR. As its ordance, you have 2 shots to penetrate, which gives a 55% of delivering the penetrating blow. Its not AP1, but still good enough odds in my book. It also gives some nice multi-tasking, as STR 10 AP2 large template weapons have lots of good things they can shoot at.
