I want to make a ogre kingdom army but i really dont want to sink too much money for models which i am not going to use .
So what are your advices for me to buy and for army list ?

Get a battalion make the following:
4 iron guts
6 bulls
24 gnoblars
2 leadbelchers
And convert the 2 other ogre bodies that should be leadbelchers too the following:
General: bruiser/tyrant
Bsb or butcher

This should give you a 1k list
You can find ogre bodies on eBay as you will have bull bits leftover to try and make a 2nd bull unit or a large bull horde. Also gorgers and scrap launchers are a good way to expand
