I find dakkadakka to be the most helpful site when it comes to me posting fantasy lists so heres hoping you guys can help me again. Im looking to start daemns fo the upcoming 2011/2012 tournament circuit. Ive faced daemons before but never really took intrest in doing them until now. So here is my suggested 2500pt list. i want it to be as competative as possible. However I do not want to use special characters as most tournaments will say no to them(sorry fateweaver ill keep you for friendly games )anyway onto the list

Add bsb to the Herald of Khorne is an option.
Fly (winged horror) to the Herald of Tzeentch.

The fiends are my biggest question. Once they war machines and small individuals are gone they need the support of a large unit to be really effective. And if they get into a combat with a block unit they can lose to CR.

Maybe swap 2 fiends for 3 Flamers?

I was contemplating dropping all the fiends 6 flamers and a herald of khorne. how does this look?

I still think a BSB is a good idea. I see you've already dropped the fiends, but you should be aware that three of the same rare isn't permitted under normal army construction guidelines. What lore do you expect to take on the Lord of Change?

Flamers were total awesomesauce at a 2k Tournement I recently attended. I will drop my fiends and take a 2nd unit of them in the future.

For the TZ herald. I kept mine in the horrors so they get the locus. and I took Master of Sorcery life to have all sorts of fun with him. Miscast isn't so bad with a ward save and a 2+ roll to ignore miscast. Mine was also my bsb.

I tottaly forgot about that XD funny enough you the 1st person(assuming you are human ) from the various sites iv posted on that has realized that. Im thinking of rocking death with the LoC
