hay im from the UK and an coming to Dakka for aid with a war game I am making set in Halo. I plan on making my own rule system but am thinking of basing it on 40k, but im not making a cross over it is just a way for me and a few friends to have some fun.  just 2 questions before i dive into the forum, where should i post the forum for my new game and if you guys have anything you would like to submit to the game i am making
also i play about 100pts of tau and just started necrons 40k 4 ever

Welcome to Dakka Dakka.
For your game I would suggest working from the ground up and not making it a clone of the 40K rules.
They would go in Off-Topic section I would imagine.
