So recently I have been reading the imperial armor books and came across the Ordo Malleus Covenant of Destruction formation. I was wondering what do they all mean when can mark and demonic character (or similar). I understand the first few but I am puzzled as what is the or similar part. I thought I would ask dakka before I plan to use it in a big game.

I'm not sure what you mean....

If you meant to say "they can mark a Daemonic Character (or similar" that suggests you choose somerhting that is either definitely a daemon, or has the daemon rule.

It sounds lime an apocalypse formation rule.

One unit with the daemon rule can be chosen by the =I= player (or probably a named daemonic character from either codex - if it's for apoc it's one of the many things that should be hashed out first)>

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
