As it stands I think it seems like a very solid 1500pts army. I'd recommend splitting the Oblits into separate units and dropping Warptime to squeeze in a rhino on the Plague Marine (note: you wrote Plague Bearers) unit. Otherwise, your 1500pts army is pretty damn strong.

For 2500pts, Heavy Support is your friend. You all ready have plenty of troops (Chaos' strong point - just make sure they ALL have rhinos!), but your Heavy Support section is almost bare.
Heavy Support is a Goldmine for Chaos armies.

I'd recommend adding 2 Defilers or Vindicators to the army, running the Land Raider as a dedicated Transport for the termies but transporting a squad of Khorne Bezerkers in it and adding a 5th unit of Plague Marines in a rhino.

It should then look something like this:

HQ
Daemon Prince: 175
Wings, Nurgle, Warptime

Daemon Prince: 175
Wings, Nurgle, Warptime

Elites:
Terminators(5): 445pts
Icon Of Khorne
1 Chain Fist
1 Power Fist
1 Heavy Flamer
(get combi-weapons if you can!!)
Land Raider (dedicated transport):
Extra Armour

Troop Choice:
Khorne Berzerkers (10)- 255
Skull Champion with Power Fist (personal icon)

Khorne Berzerkers (8)-203
Skull Champion with Power Fist
Rhino-35

Plague Marines (7)- 256
Plague Champion- Power Fist
2x Melta Gun
Rhino

Plague Marines (7)- 256
Plague Champion- Power Fist
2x Melta Gun
Rhino

Heavy Support:
Obliterators(3): 225 pts

Vindicator - Daemonic Possession - 145pts

Vindicator - Daemonic Possession - 145pts

This should leave you at slightly under 2500pts.
To which I would add a couple of Personal Icons to help deep-strikers and whatnot.

Obviously the army isn't very subtle, but it has a lot of armour saturation and hitting power.
It should all rush at the enemy in one big horde, the Plague Marines staying just behind. Any of these units making it to your enemy should cause them plenty of problems.
Just be sure to have the Termies deepstrike and have some Bezerkers instead ride in the Land Raider.
Although, I can't actually recall if Chaos Termies can take a LR as a dedicated transport, you'd want to double check that.

Otherwise though, I think it looks like a very powerful 2500pts list for which you only have to add a rhino, 2 vindicators and 2 meltaguns!
Good Luck man, hope that helps.

I also have the option of one more HS unit
Another question is, would it be better to take defilers or Vindicators?

Well, in regards to your questions, I would say that Lightning Claws are a good choice if they are mounted in the Land Raider (although I would still recommend the Zerkers are instead) but they are not recommended if you are deep-striking. Although if you are deep-striking, replacing the power weapon with some claws is good, just don't opt for a pair of claws in this situation as you'd need some shooting capability.

As for your ability to field a 4th HQ choice, I assume this is a 'deal' with the opponents as you can't do that within a typical FoC? Nonetheless, Defilers and Vindicators are about equal in terms of ability. Defilers have better range, capability in close combat and can provide covering fire. However, Vindicators hit harder and are slightly cheaper and arguably tougher. Personally, I suggested Vindicators as I believe they'd synchronise better with the Close Combat/Quarters theme of your army. If you were going for another unit, I'd probably recommend another Vindicator.
Ultimately though, it's worth remembering that Obliterators are generally the best Heavy Support available to Chaos Space Marines and Defilers would likely work just as well as a Vindicator.
However, for target saturation/redundancy, I'd try to recommend you don't have just one defiler should you opt for one. As such, I'd recommend either another unit of Obliterators or another Vindicator.
Defilers are good, however just the one isn't. Ultimately you could replace all the vindicators with defilers should you want to...
