I plan to combine the infantry squads and mainly use them for staying power on my own objective. I am using the ratlings to outflank and based on my opponet I will out flank with the vendetta. This army has enough firepower to wipe just about any opponent off the board. It has room for improvements.
P.S. This is obviously a tournament list and wont be used for friendly games.

I think you mean 'squad' for the regulars.

That's a pretty pricey CCS, especially one that wants to bring melta to bear.

That's a lot of points invested into a CCS. I'd drop Kell not sure what use he really has.

Psyker squad is cool not sure on Ratlings.

Autocannons on the Platoons with BS3 you will hit 50/50 with those lascannons.

Executioner is a lot I'd drop the lascannon and think if you really need the sponsons, I don't think you do.

Leman Russ doesn't need the lascannon.

Better artillery is available than the Basilisk. You want anti troop go Colossus. You want vehicle destruction go Medusa. You want a mix go for Manticore.

I like the idea of the colossus but, once again I dont like to use a model that I can not represent on the board. :( Dam GW and not having models made for all the different unit choices.

I agree the ratlings are out of place. I think I will drop them.

Kell is there to help the Las Cannons get twin linked for whatever I am firing at. In addition, he can help on leadership if vehicles start getting popped. I guess I could look into dropping him. As the Inf Sqd is already leadership 9 with the commissar. Throwing the las on the battletank just gives me 1 more heavy weapon las for only 15 pts this time.

I will see what I can do with the CCS

I put a vox caster in the INF Sqd
Dropped the Ratlings
Dropped a Las on the Battle Tank
Traded 3 melta for 4 GL on CCS (strength 6 lol worth a shot for 5pts)
I added a whole new vet sqd with 3 melta with the saved points.

You mean PCS right? I know it can. He just lets them test off of his leadership. However, I saw that the commissar could do the job for him and I can buy a vox caster to help facilitate this.

Couple things: you need a voxcaster in the command squad issuing the order, and in the receiving squad, to get the re-roll. Since you need the places in the command squad for special weapons, it ain't worth it at all. The commissar's leadership is a good enough chance.

A heavy flamer in the PCS is not necessary, it's more efficient by far to have 4 regular flamers.
Chimeras should always, always have a multi-laser and a heavy flamer. HF/HF is useless, ML/HB is usually worse than ML/HF.
GLs in the CCS is a complete waste, for a mobile (ie mechanised) force plasmas or meltas will always pay off better.

Heavy support - at this points level most armies (including all the executioner is best against) will have some form of fast or deepstriking melta/assault. 245 points is just too expensive for a single tank with its vulnerabilities.
Basilisks also aren't that great. The minimum range is a big problem, since it's so vulnerable when firing directly.

I think you should take 3 single-model HS choices, and use the points to buff out the infantry platoon. A 3rd infantry squad, and meltaguns and/or power weapons, would give you a platoon capable of defending your objectives, as opposed to a couple overpriced lascannons. And/or you could get a couple cheap SWS to ride in the vendettas as scoring units.
