my little brother has the battle for marrcrage Set and he plays tau. I told him I would give him $10 for the tac marines
but he said he would only sell em for $40 because he said that's their retail price if it was on gw, I would only go up to $20 at the most... what do you all think the price for these 10 vanilla marines cost?????????

They are worth so much less.
A regular unbuilt tactical squad is 37.50 with all components if they are built - 15.00$, painted -7.00$ so in total -22.00 and that and you can buy the models for this each box of one of those 3 each is 8$ so 9 = 24$ for 9 of them at GW so your brother is just being a greedy.

Maybe $20?

The tac box includes a lot of stuff that you won't find in the starter boxes. In addition, the starter boxes are only single-pose, which hurts them a bit.

In other words, your brother is being an unrealistic little gakker. I wouldn't pay any more than $20 for them.

Like the previous users have said, the Tac Marines box is fully poseable and contains more accessories than the SoBR models.

The tactical squad from Assault on Black Reach is of far better quality, and generally costs about $15 on eBay. I'd say $10 for the Battle for Maccragge Marines is fine.

Also OP, please work on your spelling and grammar. Your post is very difficult to read.
