So if I read it right, a righteous zeal move is identical to a consolidation move, so its a d6 move during your opponents shooting phase if your any of your squads take casualties?
this seems like it could, in the right situation give you great chance assaults or be left open for counter assaults
However note that, as its a consolidation move, you dont have to move the full distance, and not every model has to move towards the closest enemy - you can move the majority a different direction, as long as one moves closer.
