I was downloading some mods for DoW dark crusade, and one of the armies mentioned is serpent druids
What are they?

Never heard of them...
Someone may have made a new chapter for the mods or they may have made a dodgy mod.

That reminds me of the serpent temple on Davin in 'Dark Gods'.
The priesthood worshiped Tzeench in is serpent aspect. Most likely not what you are after if it relates to DoW.
