This was a tremendously fun project. Gonna get a picture up tonight or tomorrow with the crew on there as well. Kinda going for an 80's Saturday morning cartoon thing.

Top marks! I really love the lightning effect on the sides and the sails are beautiful!

Impressive work with the lightning effects. Oh, and the SAILS!

If any suggestions were to be spoken, i'd say adding a little blending work onto the blue would do great.
- Alternatively, adding some strong highlights to it's edges, as we usually see the DE's might also do the trick.

But overall, it's really good!
- How did you do the sails anyways?

Nice Wet Blends. Very Clean Maybe put a Wash on the Copper to help with contrast?

Very nice. I especially like the prow on the front. Wonderful blending

Hmm, I guess maybe the blue blending doesn't show up in this photo or isn't bright enough, all the sort of "points" that the hull comes to are progressively blended from Necron Abyss to Hawk Turquoise to a little rime of Ice Blue, but I didn't want to take it much farther (I feared I'd kill the 'night sky' effect for the lightning), and I wanted to stray away from the book examples with the cel-shading style thick lines along panel edges, again for fear that it would compete with the lightning for contrast effects.

As for the sail, it's a trade secret, but it involves an old children's Hulk toothbrush.
