Stupid question but do models come with bases or are those seperate?(army is not in yet)

Yes they should come with bases. Although sometimes you may get shorted, or sometimes they will give you extra.

tyvm, didn't know if it was a stupid question, but when GW is milking 50$ for 5 models I would not be surprised if they didnt include bases ._.

They should always come with enough bases for all of the models in the box. If they dont come with bases, or not enough, phone up GW and they'll send you new ones free of charge.

Note that daemons come with two sets of bases, for Fantasy and 40k.

I get extra a fair amount of times. For the current they will come in a little sealed plastic bag in the box each is separate. The slightly older one will be on a sort of mini sprue each holding 4, if those are part of the box it's the easiest way to end up with extra bases.
