For the Jetbike Seer Council to really be useful, the Farseer should really have Fortune.
Embolden for a Warlock is also very useful.
If you drop some of the points for the Dire Avenger Exarchs, you should be able to get some psychic powers. It appears your Dire Avenger Exarchs aren't being utilized for anything and as they are, they really don't bring much to the table.

There is no reason to take vypers until you've got 3 HS choices (I'd favour fire prisms or war walkers) and probably 2 units of fire dragons in wave serpents instead.
