so in the codex it says

if the wep hits resolve the hit as normal

so does that mean roll for AP and then if it GLANCES(since at str4 can only glance a AV10 ) you get to roll another dice, giving you 2 chances to cause damage

or do you always get to roll the dice regardless?

it would seem kinda op if the latter was the case.

kinda seems silly for av 14 vehicles like a monolith or land raider

Most AV14 things have a way to mitigate Shaken/Stunned, the most common results. It's no better than a Lascannon for actually destroying one.

Yeah, H. Blasters can take any armour in the game, but it's always 1 in six (pen) against AV>10. I find them 'good' but that's in saturation of 5-8 man haywire wych squads, as the rest of ones army usually have DL focus.
