hey all quick question, I'm at work and I don't have access to any rulebooks and I was wondering if anyone knew the points rewards for Minor Victories, Major Victories, and Massacres. I'm attempting to design a campaign so your help would be much appreciated fellow citizens of dakka! Automatically Appended Next Post: nobody?

Those don't exist in 40k, unless you're talking about some specific tournament's rules.

I might be thinking of ard boyz, in which case my question is slightly altered, does anyone know the victory scoring in ard boyz?

Page 300 of the BGB.
A difference of 10% or less in your total VP counts as a close game. That's the only guidance I'm aware of in the BGB.

thanks I was more thinking in reference to something along the lines of tie = x, minor victory = x, major victory = x, and masscre = x

In 'ard Boyz 2010, there was a scenario that used VP.
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1121025a_40KArdBoyzPrelimScenariosv2.pdf
0-375: Tie
376-750: Minor Victory
751-1125: Major Victory
1126-2500: Massacre
So, that's a good place to start. Scale the points to whatever point limit you're doing.
