If a enemy unit is within 6 inches of two Dark Eldar Vehicles with Torment Grenade Launchers (-1 LD to all enemey units) is that enemy unit at a -1 or do the -1's stack making it a -2?
Correct, "one or more", they do not stack (just checked the Codex).
