I posted this in the proposed rules section by mistake, I was hoping it would get moved or deleted but it didn't, it didn't catch any attention either so I'm hoping it will here.

If you upgrade a group of Grave Guard with Great Weapons (making them a Great Grave Guard Group, which is an excellent band name) are the Great Weapons still considered Wight Blades?

Yes, their rules specifically state any "normal" weapons they have (aka not purchased from the Magic Items section) are Wight Blades.

I suggest you don't believe anything posted by thedarkavenger unless confirmed by other regular posters here at Dakka. He has shown he is incapable of basic English comprehension.

It actually says:ANY weapon carried by a grave guard makes magical attacks but normal rules still apply for that weapon. that means that if you upgrade them to great weapons they count as wight blades but still have the Great weapon rules.

If you didn't try it, I'd suggest the small triangular icon in the upper right of your post. It will alert the mods to a post- and you can state a brief reason. I've reported my own posts if they ended up in the wrong place. I've never seen it take longer than 12 hours to get moved.

Which is exactly what I said

The extra bit about the Magic Items section was mistakenly added from thw Wight King entry, and was moot as Grave Guard can't purchase Magic Items from that section.

No worries. Reading it again I definitely could have written it more clearly. 'Tis all good.

"Why so serious?" - The Joker, The Dark Knight

Joker wasn't in Batman Begins, that was Ras Al'Ghul or however you spell that.

Wow. Not even one Monty Python quote, after nearly a whole day. I'm impressed, everyone. Well done.
