I agree with Ailaros, not enough scoring troops. IG is one of a few armies where the troops are amongst the most effective units. Take advantage of this and buy some more!
Some unit by unit issues: Your CCS has survivability upgrades, but a suicide weapons selection. What do you want this unit to do exactly? I don't see a transport anywhere for it. (I assume each vendetta is going to transport a melta-squad, and you have 4 such units besides the deepstriker stormies)
For the platoon, I think a 30-man unit is enough, and if you are giving them meltaguns and power swords, realistically they won't spend long firing heavy weapons. I would give any blob either special+heavy weapons, or special+power weapons, but never all 3. Gets too expensive.
Related problem, I think you are focussing too much on meltaguns. All this depends on your opponents of course, but I see 5 seperate units devoted to meltaguns (not counting the blob - I'm talking about units for agressive use) Since you're using vendettas not chimeras as transports, why not use the CCS and PCS as melta-carriers, and replace veterans with a troops choice that has more staying power for objectives. Obviously veterans are still a very good choice to carry meltaguns, but I think you have too many points spent on this role.
Which brings me to the ugly twin of lots of meltaguns, too few longrange guns. Your only ranged vehicle poppers are 3 vendettas, which are excellent, but big unhideable targets that will eventually go down, and the infantry autocannons that I think you should scrap! (I don't count the LRBT, maybe it's just me but ordnance doesn't seem to be accurate when it shoots my vehicles. Certainly it's not the most efficient means) Some HWS or hydras would really help out here. I personally like having things that can fire on turn one and throw a spanner in my opponent's plan.
I dislike sponsons on leman russes, these tanks are always a priority for enemy meltaguns etc, I think their main armament is powerful enough, there's no point making them more expensive. Just makes it easier for your opponent to decide what to shoot!
Summary: Needs more units with staying power, less devoted to suicide melta-ing, more long-range power. Your choice of units show that you are a pretty experienced player who knows not to load up on upgrades, so I'm sure you'll be fine with a little playtesting.
