OK, I love homebrew codex. And I am interested, but I am having technical problems.
How do you open a "docx" file without Office 2007?

‘Your warriors will stand down and withdraw, Curze. That is an order, not a request. (…) When this campaign is won, you and I will have words’
Rogal Dorn, just before taking the beating of his life.

This is the first sentence of the Codex:

PK ! ì÷ mÜ ' [Content_Types].xml ó (á ┤T╔N├0 ¢#± æ»(qßÇ j╩üÕ H q6╬ñ5─ï<ni ×qRóRÑMípëöî▀╝%× ^-tò╠┴ú▓&gº┘Ç%`ñ-öÖõýy|ù^░ â0࿼ü£- ┘ıÞ°h8^:└äð s6

It does not get better. I am using Office 2000.

It happens to me too when I tried to open the "docx" with Office 2000.

mmmm... that´s frustrating.>

EDIT: AT LAST!
I found a place where you can get a doc from a docx.

OK.

Feedback:
1) you take the SM codex and took out stuff like the Dreads and not-WS stuff. That´s fine. The one little thing here is Sergeant Tellios, who is still there in page 6. He is an Ultramarine.
2) I suggest you to go further and do more changes. Make bikes Troop options, or force any squad to take a Rhino or Razorback.
3) I find it lacking in the fluffy part. The White Scars have an incredible background. They are based upon the Mongol Empire, specifically in the age of Genghis Khan, who conquested in a single generation half Asia. It is the biggest empire (in size) in the (real) history of humanity, and his story is awesome.

There was a book called "Index Astartes I" (GREAT BOOK!!!) with some rules for them:
1) most units were taken out, just like in your codex
2) all infantry units MUST take a Rhino or a Bike.
3) Born in the saddle. As the mongols, the WS were unmatched in their ability. They rerolled any difficult terrain failed test and got +1 Attack in they could get another close combat weapon.
4) Bike Squadrons: up to ten models. With lots of options.
5) Mounted Veterans. The same, but even more powerful
6) Flankers. Just as the mongols, outflanking the enemy is their favorite tactic. Almost any unit could outflank, and they can select at will any edge to appear from.
7) Hit and Run
8) Counter assault. It is different from the normal one.
9) A new weapon: Power Lance. 15pts. A power weapon that gives you +1I in the first turn you are attacking or counter attacking, but -1I for the rest of the assault.
10) Relic: Horsetail Talisman.
11) Sacred Banner.
There are lots of stuff.

Here you have official fluff about the WS:
