The special rules for tyranids, page 32 or 33 from memory, states they do not use close combat weapons. As such you can never claim a bonus from using them.

Since Tyranid CCWs do not stack like "CCWs" for the rest of the universe, page 33, stacking is handled by making the effects better. See page 83 for both Boneswords and Scything Talons.

No bonus attacks for having multiple CCWs. As previously stated, you instead gain combat buffs such as re-roll to hit, +D3 attacks, power weapon/instant death, etc etc etc.
